Ship Policies

• Ticket reservations are not required or accepted (except special cruises where noted) for any public cruises as the ship is large enough to accommodate any size turn out of people.

• Due to current insurance regulations, pets are not allowed on board.

• State law prohibits the carry on of any alcoholic beverages.

• State law prohibits smoking, both on the dock and aboard the boat.

• All ticket sales are final.

• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

• Charter Policies

  • All deposits are non-refundable but directly applicable towards cost of cruise.

  • Ship has a full on-premise liquor license and state law prohibits the carry on of any alcoholic beverages.

  • Rescheduling requires a 2 week minimum notice.

  • Waiting for late arrivals does not add additional time for the cruise.

  • The person designated in charge of the charter is responsible for the behavior for all charter passengers.

  • Charters run as scheduled regardless of weather.
